Alexandra Payne, Head of Year 11

I am excited to continue my role as Head of Year - sticking with my wonderful year group as they enter year 11.  I'm looking forward to supporting my year group through their GCSEs and helping prepare them for further education.

I'm committed to contributing to the academic and personal development of our students and engineering success.

I hope all students feel proud to belong, try their best and be the change they wish to see in the world. 
 

Simon Hurst, Raising Standards Lead KS4

I am delighted to be working with the Key Stage 4 Pastoral Team this year in my role as Raising Standards Lead for Key Stage 4, as well as supporting Mrs Payne as Deputy Head of Year 11. I am very much looking forward to working closely with the Year 11 team to help and support all students in achieving the outcomes they not only deserve, but also need to progress confidently to the next stage of their journey.

My aim is to help cultivate an environment where every student feels a strong sense of belonging, is committed to their studies, has the courage to face setbacks and persevere, and consistently demonstrates kindness to others.
