Warlingham Sixth Form College Celebrates Strong A Level and Vocational Results!

Warlingham Sixth Form College is celebrating a strong set of Key Stage 5 results which highlight both rising attainment and encouraging improvements in student progress.
This year's A Level results show notable gains at the highest grades, with the proportion of students achieving A* and A grades increasing significantly compared with last year. The percentage of A* grades has more than tripled, while overall attainment has improved across the grade profile. The proportion of students achieving A* to C grades has risen again, building on the substantial improvements seen last year, and outcomes across the full ability range have strengthened, with over 96% of grades awarded at A* to E.
The college's average A Level grade has improved, reflecting the hard work and dedication of students and staff alike. Vocational students have also achieved a positive set of outcomes. These results reflect the strong achievement of students across vocational pathways and the inclusive success of learners with a wide range of starting points and aspirations. These early indications provide further evidence of the positive impact of the college's commitment to high-quality teaching, personalised support and ambitious expectations for all learners.
This year’s results saw particularly strong subject performances in Further Maths (A*-B 100%), Music Technology (A*-B 100%), Art (A*-B 78%), Textiles (A*-B 75%), PE (A*-B 75%), Spanish (A*-B 67%), Psychology (A*-B 52%), Physics (A*-B 50%), Sociology (A*-B 50%), Economics (A*-B 46%), Chemistry (A*-B 42%), BTEC Sport (Merit+ 85%), CTEC Media (Merit+ 100%) and BTEC Business (Merit+ 94%).
