Year 7 Team
Chloe Harmer, Head of Year 7
I am incredibly excited to be joining Year 7 as Head of Year and to welcome our newest students to the Warlingham community. Year 7 is such an important year, full of new experiences, friendships and opportunities, and I feel privileged to be supporting students as they begin their secondary school journey.
Our Year 7 vision is simple: Together We Thrive. We want every student to feel that they belong, make positive choices, grow in confidence and resilience, and lead with integrity. Through high expectations, kindness and mutual respect, we will work together to create a year group where every student feels known, valued and supported to achieve their very best.
I strongly believe that the partnership between school and home is key to a successful Year 7 experience. By working closely with students, families and our dedicated staff team, we can help every child make a confident start to secondary school and enjoy all that Warlingham has to offer.
I’m really looking forward to getting to know our Year 7 students and families, celebrating their successes and watching them grow throughout the year. Together, we will thrive.

I pride myself of being a positive role model, supporting students to be the best they can be, encouraging them to work hard, be kind and have a positive outlook on school life. I look forward to working with you.
